Norma’s New Years Resolution:
My New Years resolution is to promote self esteem for women through fashion, wellness and awareness and how objectification creates self esteem and image issues. I know if I can help women start to tell their stories and free themselves of the secrets kept because objectification is humilitating and embarassing, we can start an emotional cleanse and bring awareness to the men in our lives who care about us, so that they become our advocates and start the beggining of the end to objectification of women around the world.

Can you remember last year's resolution and did you keep it?
share all the information i find about wellness with everyone through my wellness cafe. i will continue to do so this year

My New Years Resolution:
To continue my quest for good health, strengthen my spiritual practice and renew my passion for the arts education outreach non profit I started 12 years ago. My biggest challenge will be making time for my own creativity and projects.

Can you remember last year's resolution and did you keep it?
Last year, I was in mourning as my mother passed on 12/20 - My challenge was to relieve my addiction from prescription medications and to once again be the strong, enthusiastic, successful person my mother raised me to be. In one year I kicked my addiction, survived days of hunger and near homelessness, mourned the loss of the person who loved me most in the world and repaired rifts in my biological family. I say I kept my resolution because I am proud that now - not only do I wake up every day, I get up and I try to make things better for myself and others.

My New Years Resolution:
My new year's resolution is to sleep at least 7 hours a night, drink 5-6 8 oz. glasses of water, include 3-5 servings of veggies, 4-5 servings of fruits. Continue to work out 4 times a week, color my hair, moisturize head to toe daily, buy a new pair of readers and sun glasses, get an eye lift, go someplace warm in february and learn to meditate and remember to smile as if I have a pleasant secret.

Can you remember last year's resolution and did you keep it?
no resolution last year except not to gain anymore weight. I managed to keep that.

My New Years Resolution:
To fulfill each and every day with things that I enjoy and choose to do!

Can you remember last year's resolution and did you keep it?
I don’t think I had one last year because I can’t remember it!

My New Years Resolution:
I did not have a New Year’s Resolution exactly, I did declare 2012 as “The Year of the Fancy Bitch”. I am known amongst my friends as being extremely nice and I felt as if I should work on the way I allow others to perceive me, and the way I obtain the things I want in life. Instead of being nice and skirting issues I have been tackling goals head on. If I feel I should have something...I just ask for it. Nothing is impossible for this ‘Fancy Bitch’.

I think I am doing a pretty good job of keeping my goals and aspirations off the back burner. Perhaps 2013 will be the year of “The Fancy Bitch Pt. Deux”.

 My New Years Resolution:
My resolution for the new year to come is to travel, get into exciting adventures along the way, take as much away from each new experience that I possibly can, find love and give it in return. Most importantly I want to be able to have trust and confidence in myself to accomplish these things. Cheers to a new year filled with of all of the above!

My New Years Resolution:
My resolution is to get back in shape! I want to make working out part of my day to day instead of having it feel like a chore. I also want to eat less cookies...

Can you remember last year's resolution and did you keep it?
No I did not keep it – I ate a lot of cookies last year...
